Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia hosting CP is a regular accessory solely in combination with the Debian Linux OS and is provided at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unlimited web site names in one single web hosting user account. This is possible owing to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager tool. The other CP platforms, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are obtainable only with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you have to use TWO different web hosting user accounts. This is so, because cPanel and DirectAdmin do not supply any domain registration/transfer/administration possibilities. If you choose Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated server, there will be no web hosting CP option.
Hosted Hostnames 2 - unmetered domain names can be hosted with all available web hosting CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/manage your site names in one single hosting user account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin hosting CP devices do not provide such possibility at all - there is no Domain Manager interface and as a result they necessitate TWO different hosting user accounts: 1 domain name administration/billing/support user account and 1 web page management account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin web hosting Control Panel).
Operating System (OS) 3 - you will see that the Hepsia web hosting Control Panel can run on Debian Linux only. It's free of cost to have it on your dedicated server. Hepsia is not offered with CentOS or Ubuntu. The cPanel and DirectAdmin hosting CP setups work solely with the CentOS Operating System. Neither of them is available with Debian or Ubuntu.
